TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Registration: To register for the event, participants must complete the registration form at the check out and make the payment.
Payment: The event fee includes accommodation, meals, and classes as stated on the website. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after payment has been received. The Day ticket for the Festival includes all the classes during the day, lunch and drinks as stated on the website.
Cancellation Policy: If a participant cancels their reservation, they will be refunded according to the following schedule:
Cancellation until 30 days prior to the start of the event: 50% refund of the fee.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the start of the event: No refund will be issued.
Day tickets for the Festival are not refundable, but it can be given to a friend, upon contacting the organisers.
Program Changes: The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, accommodations, or teachers at any time. In the event of such changes, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the event. The organisers are not liable for any injuries or illnesses that occur during the event. Participants are advised to consult their doctor before attending the event, especially if they have any pre-existing medical conditions. Upon arrival, the participant will be asked to fill in a declaration stating that he/she is able to participate in the event, you also can send this form to us by mail.
Behaviour: Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner towards fellow participants, teachers, and the retreat property. The organisers reserve the right to ask a participant to leave the retreat if their behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.
Photography and Video: The organisers may take photographs or video footage during the event for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform the organisers in writing before the start of the event.
Liability: The organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event. Participants are advised to keep their valuables safe at all times.
Agreement: By registering for the event, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
